Mahogany Mamas was founded by June Williams Glenn, a Bay Area native, wife, and mother who knows firsthand the challenges of balancing career, family, and wellness. As a community curator, tech leader and attorney, June has built her career navigating complex systems — but it was the journey into motherhood that revealed the need for a community where Black mothers could be fully supported, celebrated, and poured into.

 

What began as a single brunch has since grown into Mahogany Mamas, a thriving community where mamas connect, rest, and share resources to make the load lighter. June’s vision is simple but powerful: when Black mothers are nurtured, our families and communities thrive.
